A few hours in front of the camera, over 100 photos. Inside, outside. Not my favourite thing to do in the world (especially the outside bit!). Only one has gotten past Courtney’s Critical Eye Test…
Author photo attempt #1:
So maybe if I take 100 photos a day for the next four days, I will have four to choose from!

I dig it. It’s cool that’s it’s not like those typical phony pictures authors put on their books, you know? The ones where they’re sitting in the backyard and OOPS! YOU CAUGHT ME LOOKING ALL SMART AND BOOKY!!! There’s an air of mystery in this shot and I think the haircut looks pretty dang good.

To sum up: I would buy a book with an author photo like that in/on it.
