If you would like to be entered in a drawing to win one (1) advance uncorrected old covered copy of Cracked Up to Be, all you have to do is comment on this entry with your favourite emoticon.
You’ve got until October 12th. I will use a random number generator to pick the winner. Winner will be announced on October 13th. The winner will have 24 hours to give me the info I need to ship the book to them and if I don’t get it, I’ll be drawing again.
See how I mixed it up there? I’m not asking for yo, I’m asking for emoticons. Just give me a :( or a :) or a >:O or even a (O_O) and you’re entered for a chance to win my book. No emoticon, no entry.

OK, you have to remember that I am OLD and when I learned how to use a computer there was not only no emoticons but there wasn’t even INSTANT MESSENGER in which to use them. (Uh, there probably was. But I didn’t know about it, so we’re going to pretend there wasn’t.)
So my favorite is the one that I can get right +/- 70% of the time that I try to type it. No shift key required. No fancy combinations.
