Man. This is not a blog entry. See yesterday’s entry for that! Quickly:

The absolutely lovely Susan Adrian interviewed me on her blog. If you go there and comment on the entry with the word ~*sparkle*~ (where does she gets this stuff? Sparkle???) you will be entered in a drawn to win a copy of Cracked Up to Be! So… go do that! You only have until tomorrow Montana time. I don’t know when tomorrow happens in Montana but I’m pretty sure they’re like, two hours behind me.

I have another guestblog up at The Swivet. It’s about building a working relationship with your editor. Read it here.

My copies of Cracked Up to Be arrived in the mail from Chapters today. TODAY! Aaah! I’m not ready yet! I had four days of prep planned!! Anyway, I opened the package and squealed and I was like, “Look! Look at my books!” And then the mean people I happened to be standing near (AKA MY FAMILY) were all, “They look just like the finished copies your publisher sent you.” And now I’m not speaking to them.

Here is my review of New Moon which turned into a tirade against Jacob Black. Yeah, idk. He doesn’t sparkle. I should’ve just left it at that because that says it all

Happy Friday, bbs!

OMG, you KILL me! Just read your New Moon review, and I got to the Anthony part and started laughing really loud and DH was all ??? HA!!!!! That is totally it. I wish I had read that before I read New Moon, because it would have made the whole Jacob thing more bearable because I would have been laughing the whole time. (I almost threw the book across the room so many times reading New Moon.)

Edward is such a drama queen, but he was in Twilight too (rescue from the bad guys by the bookstore?).

“…I wish Edward would inspire more strength in Bella. I wish he wasn’t so eager to coddle/infantalize her. There is very little he does that doesn’t make me indignant on a feminist level …”
    ——Exactly

“WHEN EDWARD CAME BACK, THE BOOK FOUND ME AGAIN.”
—–only reason I didn’t throw the book out the window

Hope your revision is going well. Sending some ~*SPARKLES*~ your way!

Books! Books! There are no words!

“I opened the package and squealed and I was like, “Look! Look at my books!” And then the mean people I happened to be standing near (AKA MY FAMILY) were all, “They look just like the finished copies your publisher sent you.” And now I’m not speaking to them.”

… How are you so funny? No, really HOW?

sruble: HEE! Man, poor Anthony Caine just can’t get a break with us, can he? But it was the only thing that made New Moon bearable to me. Noe enough Edward! Like, that’s a crime! And you’re right–Edward’s drama queen tendencies are really nothing new. Thank you for the revision ~*SPARKLES*~ I definitely need them! And ~*sparkles*~ to you!!!

    Nova: AW. Shucks. *toe scuff*
