Ok, I’m trying to listen to your podcast, which, I thought was just supposed to be an interview, but this person is blah, blah, blahing over 7 minutes already! There should be a warning!

8:50 – they finally introduce you – yay! Hmmm, I guess there’s a whole lot after you are interviewed too. Maybe regular listeners know that already. My bad.

Fun interview. I enjoyed it. Go zombies! :)

Danette: PLEASE DO! I’ve always wanted to try gator tail. ;) And thank you! And aaggh! I don’t blame you for making that face. Maybe we should start at >:/ post about pigeons, since they seem to bring misfortune to people.

Sruble: YES! She falls like, every other page of the book. The movie was not faithful in its adaption in this way. And thank you!! I’m gearing up for a second round of revisions right now. Here’s to us both getting caught up!!

Hahahahaha! Much funnier the second, third, and fourth time around. I looked down for a second in the movie theater and totally missed it, so didn’t laugh. They really should have had her fall down more in the movie, or make the fall longer and more drawn out.

Congrats on getting through your signing and seeing all the pigeons, and especially for getting your revision done and sent!!! :)

BTW, I know what you mean about emails piling up! Good luck getting through your inbox!

Congrats on your book signing! I’m not surprised AT ALL that there would be a line waiting for you–your book is excellent!

I’m laughing.

But then I didn’t see the movie, so it was total surprise. And I’m also one of those horrible (awful) people who have an insta-automatic completely uncontrollable laugh reaction when people fall, EVEN WHEN IT’S NOT FUNNY.

I know. Awful. I stand there forcing back inappropriate giggles while asking “Are you okay?” solicitously.
